We carried out the relocation of the Doosan VCF5500UL from the factory to our showroom with full safety measures in place. This machine, approximately 8 meters in length and weighing several tons, is a large-scale machining center that requires highly specialized handling. Therefore, the relocation was performed in collaboration with a professional rigging team, following a precise and carefully planned moving procedure. For high-end and heavy-duty machines like this, it is essential to conduct on-site inspection and safety planning in advance — including evaluation of machine characteristics, moving route, floor load capacity, and base contact points — to ensure a safe and successful transfer.            

We have transported the machine to Busan Port for export.The machines has been fully packed in a steel box for loading onto a 40FR (40ft Flat Rack) container. Inside the steel box, the machine is covered with aluminum foil and vacuum-sealed to ensure protection against moisture, corrosion, and dust during sea transportation. Since this is a heavy-duty, high-value machine, all handling and packing operations were carried out by an experienced professional team specializing in heavy machinery logistics.Before shipment, we also performed pre-inspection and stability checks to ensure safe loading and secure transport.
